Our ordering scheme is very flexible

no minimum order
no need to order each week.

If you choose to take a set price bag you can specify any preferences you may have (eg. no potatoes).

Alternatively you can order exactly what you want from the price list and make your selection from over 35 different types of vegetables and fruit.

Organic Meat

We can now supply organic meat direct from Welsh organic farmers. You can take a look at what is available by visiting our online shop via the links below.

The meat items will be delivered with your vegetables but deadlines for placing orders are different - see below.

New Customer?

If you haven't ordered from us before you need to obtain a Customer Reference Number.

Please email us to register as a customer - enquiries@organicstogo.info - make sure you give us your name, address (including Post Code) and telephone number. We will then send you your Customer Reference Number.

We do not accept orders by post as our mail is sometimes delayed resulting in orders missing the delivery deadline.

Orders for fruit and vegetables must be received by ourselves no later than 12 noon on the day before delivery.

Orders for meat must be received as follows:

Prior to 9 am on Thursday morning for orders going out on the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning deliveries
Prior to 9 am on Monday morning for orders going out on Thursday and Friday of that week

Online Ordering

Since the availability of some fruit and vegetables varies slightly throughout the year, please refer to the customer order form received with your last order for details of current produce.

Phone our freephone number 0800 458 2524 to leave your order on our answering machine.

Please state your name, customer reference code (next to your name on your bill) and your address, then give your order speaking slowly and clearly.

Please ring in your order no later than 12 noon on the day before delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order please phone in your instructions at least one full day before you would receive your produce.

Remember to give your name, customer reference code and address when leaving your message.

Payment

You will receive details of the cost of your order each week. We prefer payment to be made on a monthly basis and a statement will be sent to you each month.
